Great to meet you!

My clients often share that they appreciate my authenticity, warmth, and ability to hold space without judgment. I believe therapy is a collaborative process — one that allows us to explore your patterns, honor your story, and move toward growth at your own pace. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to unbecome what no longer serves you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, and holistic. I integrate evidence-based practices with a person-centered framework that honors each client’s unique story. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped you — not to dwell in the past, but to gain clarity and create space for growth.

I believe healing happens through connection and awareness. In our work, I focus on helping you develop self-understanding, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with your authentic self.

What you can expect from me

A space to begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also gather background information to better understand your experiences, strengths, and current challenges.

My priority is to create a sense of comfort and safety so you can feel seen and heard without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin to identify the patterns and themes that shape your life and start outlining a plan that supports your healing and growth.
