Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and real. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem issues, with a focus on helping you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life. My approach is practical and compassionate—I help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and make changes that fit your life. Most importantly, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and never judged.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. I help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for everyday life. Sessions balance reflection and action—we talk things through and work on real strategies for stress, relationships, and emotional regulation. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering space where you can move at your own pace and feel supported in making meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming conversation where we get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been challenging, what you hope to work on, and what support might look like for you right now—without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll identify a few initial goals and what you’d like to get out of therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little more grounded than when you came in.
