Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Therapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, transitions, and seasons of growth.

At the heart of my work is a genuine love for helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gotten lost along the way. I especially enjoy working with teens, adults, and families, and I believe some of the most meaningful change happens when we have a safe space to show up as our whole selves—not just the parts that seem easiest to explain.

I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor into the therapy room. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. Come as you are—we’ll start there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded, compassionate, and empowering. I believe you are more than a diagnosis, a difficult season, or the things that have happened to you. Together we'll explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, recognize the strengths you already carry, and develop practical tools that support the life and relationships you want to create.

While I bring clinical knowledge and evidence-based approaches into our work, I take a holistic view of healing- making space for the emotional, relational, practical, and, when meaningful to you, spiritual parts of who you are. Therapy with me is human: there is room for honesty, reflection, laughter, curiosity, and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and simply begin. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can settle in, ask questions, and get a feel for whether our space feels right for you.

We’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, what life looks like for you right now, and what you hope may be different as a result of our work together. I’ll bring curiosity and thoughtful questions, but there’s no pressure to tell your entire story in one sitting. Rapport and trust matter to me, and we’ll build both at a pace that feels comfortable.

Most importantly, you don’t need to prepare the “perfect” explanation for why you’re here. Come as you are, and we’ll explore the rest together.
