Great to meet you!

Specializing in perinatal and maternal mental health, I am passionate about working with those at any stage in the reproductive journey. My passion stems from my own experiences with motherhood and difficult reproductive journey, including the challenges of raising a blended family. I firmly believe parental support is essential during all the stages of the journey, including preparing to start a family, trying to conceive, fertility challenges, pregnancy & child loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and the lifespan of parenting. I believe all families deserve more support, no matter the path to children or what the family unit looks like. Let's navigate the unique highs and lows of starting a family together.
