Great to meet you!

If you've ever dreaded going to therapy because of endless worksheets and CBT/DBT that did not resonate with you, I'm your gal. I enjoy living in the corners and at the fringes of what stereotypical therapy might look like. It is important to me that those who are outcasts, quirky, different, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and the marginalized feel heard. When we work together, I want you to feel like you matter (because you do).

My approach to therapy

I have a wide range of interests and specializations including, but not limited to, the following: LGBTQ+, faith and questions/doubts/fears around religion/religious trauma/exploration, neurodivergent folks, kink-allied/sex-positive/sexual dysfunction, self-esteem/body positivity/healthy at any size, teenagers, college students, young adults, geriatrics, and more.

What you can expect from me

Choosing to be vulnerable and working through mental health challenges are hard as hell; I want to make it easier. I am going to take your lead, and we are going to go at your pace as we venture into unknown territory. I will listen. I won’t judge. I will not tell you what to do or how to do it. I will help you develop a plan that you agree with.
