Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist is a big step, and I am here to offer you a caring, warm and collaborative space for healing, empowerment and growth. As both a Licensed Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist, my approach meets you exactly where you are, honoring your unique story with compassion and curiosity. I am able to offer traditional talk therapy, art therapy or a combination of both.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Informed Care, Attachment and Family Systems Theory to explore relational patterns, Somatic therapy to support the mind/body connection, Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Symbolism to connect with your inner wisdom, insight and intuition.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients of all ages and identities with a special focus on parents, children, families, and the profound transformation of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I also support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, early attachment experiences, life transitions, substance abuse, grief, trauma, parenting and relational issues.
