Great to meet you!

Grief and emotional pain can show up in many forms—not just through loss, but also through life transitions like infertility, postpartum changes, and the challenges of parenting. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and structured, helping you make sense of what you’re feeling while also moving toward healing and reconnection.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Capella University and over 13 years of experience in healthcare. I specialize in grief and loss, anxiety, and women’s mental health, and I am trained in the Grief Recovery Method—an evidence-based program that helps individuals move beyond feeling stuck in their pain.

I am especially passionate about supporting women through infertility, postpartum experiences, and the emotional weight of parenting. I work primarily with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, helping them feel lighter, more grounded, and more like themselves again.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive relationship where you can show up exactly as you are—without pressure, judgment, or needing to have it all figured out. At the same time, I don’t believe in staying stuck. My approach combines deep emotional support with gentle guidance to help you move forward.

I use a blend of evidence-based and practical strategies, including structured approaches for working through grief and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re dealing with loss, anxiety, infertility, postpartum changes, or parenting stress, we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you while still creating meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about starting the conversation. You can expect a relaxed, supportive space where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what led you to reach out.

I’ll ask some questions along the way to better understand your experiences and what you’re hoping for moving forward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how I work and what our time together could look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone in what you’re going through.
