Great to meet you!
Working with me means working with someone who takes the time to understand you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, autism, and depression, and I bring training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you build skills you can use every day. My approach is deeply person-centered, which means your goals drive the work we do together. I create a space where you can slow down, figure out what you actually want, and build a treatment plan that fits your real life. I see clients across a wide age range and particularly enjoy supporting women navigating life transitions, parenthood, and identity. I also incorporate animal-assisted therapy techniques for clients who find that approach meaningful.
