Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward? Maybe you’ve been feeling disconnected from others, wishing you had more support, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, happy, and in control of your life. Life’s challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or uncertain about the next step and that’s where we can work together to find a path forward. Each session is tailored to your unique needs. Together, we might focus on easing anxiety, setting healthy boundaries, or learning new ways to cope with stress. Whether you’re facing the challenges of infertility, balancing the demands of motherhood, working through difficult relationships, managing daily anxiety, or adjusting to life’s transitions, I am here to support you. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can share your ups and downs freely, gain clarity, and feel empowered to move toward the life you want. You don’t have to face these struggles alone, healing and balance are possible, and you deserve to feel supported, confident, and at peace.

My approach to therapy

If you’re on the journey of infertility with IUI or IVF, I know how heavy and isolating it can feel. Having walked this path myself, I strive to bring empathy, connection, and comfort, normalizing the struggles of infertility, pregnancy, and motherhood so you can feel seen, supported, and less alone. Through my own struggles, I’ve learned the value of patience, compassion, and meaningful support. These experiences have shaped how I show up for others, reminding me that healing takes time and that finding healthier ways to cope can bring real comfort and strength in everyday life. Most of all, they’ve given me a deep sense of purpose for helping others. Together, we can work on identifying what is getting in the way of your happiness and new ways to prioritize your needs. It’s time to take back your life and lean into the support and encouragement you deserve. This is your moment and I’m here to guide and support you in a way that feels right. My goal is that each interaction feels authentic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will dive into various topics around stressors, supports and what you're looking for in therapy. If you struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or setting healthy boundaries, you're not alone. I am here to provide a space where you can reflect on your past, celebrate how far you've come and set new goals. My approach is warm, friendly, and non-judgmental. I look forward to hearing from you and would be happy to answer any questions you have. You can reach me directly at 616-71O-1421, feel free to call, text, or leave a voicemail, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
