Great to meet you!

Taking the step to start therapy can feel daunting, and I want you to know that you don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, patience, and zero judgment.

Over the past 10+ years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and older adults through some of life's hardest moments — anxiety, depression, major life transitions, trauma, and the everyday stress that can feel overwhelming. My background spans behavioral health, hospital case management, and community-based care, which means I've seen firsthand how much context matters: your life, your history, and your circumstances all shape what healing looks like for you.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice unhelpful thought patterns and build more effective ways of responding to stress, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you work through ambivalence and find your own motivation for change — especially useful if you've felt stuck or unsure about what you really want. Because many of the people I work with have experienced trauma, I take a trauma-informed approach throughout, making sure treatment feels safe, paced appropriately, and never re-traumatizing.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, grief, or just feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate, my goal is to help you build practical coping strategies, strengthen your self-awareness, and reconnect with your own sense of confidence and direction. I also bring strong experience connecting clients with outside resources and support systems when things get complicated — you won't just get a therapist, you'll get an advocate.

I'd be honored to be part of your journey. Reach out whenever you're ready — I'll be here.
