Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to helping adolescents and adults improve their mental health and quality of life. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing–Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2019 and completed my Post-Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate through Liberty University in 2024. I work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and have particular experience supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleep disorders. I believe in creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we develop personalized treatment plans that align with your goals and help you build lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe that effective mental health treatment begins with building a trusting relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I take time to understand each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals, and I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that fit their needs and lifestyle. I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and supportive therapy. My goal is to help clients gain symptom relief, improve daily functioning, and build long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and judgment-free environment where they feel heard and supported. During the first session, I take time to learn about your symptoms, personal history, stressors, medical background, and treatment goals so we can build a comprehensive understanding of your needs. We will discuss what has and has not worked for you in the past, answer any questions you may have, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan together. My goal is for clients to leave the first appointment feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful about their path forward.
