Great to meet you!

Welcome-I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in both Oklahoma and Texas. I’ve worked in social work and the mental health fields for 17+ years. The past 13 years I have worked as a LCSW providing diagnosis, treatment, and interventions to clients in my practice.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and life transitions. I also support individuals, couples, and families who have experienced relational and attachment disruptions, trust concerns, and betrayal trauma, helping them process their experiences, rebuild connection, and develop healthier patterns of communication and coping.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe behaviors and emotional struggles often make sense when viewed through the lens of a person’s experiences rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop strategies that fit your unique strengths and needs.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy incorporating evidence-based approaches while tailoring treatment to each individual. For children, I often integrate play, creativity, and interactive activities to make therapy engaging and developmentally appropriate. For adolescents and adults, I focus on helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, improve relationships, and build lasting resilience.

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey toward healing, growth, and creating meaningful change.
