Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brittney, and I'm excited to support you on your journey to better mental health! I'm board certified as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I primarily focus on OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders. I am no longer accepting new ADHD clients. Along with my clinical work, I'm also a yoga and meditation teacher, bringing a holistic approach to care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can work together to help you thrive. I look forward to meeting you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to care, looking at the whole person-mind, body, and lifestyle. While I believe in addressing root causes, I'm also direct and solution-focused, helping clients set realistic goals and develop practical tools to create meaningful change. When appropriate, I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to support overall well-being. My goal is to empower clients with the skills they need to feel balanced, capable, and in control of their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Through tele-psychiatry sessions, we'll develop a comprehensive treatment plan to build greater self- awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and foster lasting emotional resilience. I focus on creating an environment that feels safe and collaborative, where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we work toward meaningful progress, whether it's improving focus, managing emotions, or achieving a better sense of balance in daily life.
