Great to meet you!

I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at Pacific University with an emphasis on Child and Youth Therapy. I have worked in Outpatient, Inpatient, School and Residential Mental Health settings and specialize in working with Mood disorders, including Anxiety, Depression, Relational and Family issues and Adjustment Disorders. I also have extensive background in Crisis intervention and Psychotic Disorders.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized and strength-based approach to therapy and recognize therapy to be a safe and non-judgmental space to recognize and work out any overwhelming or discomforting issues in your life. Therapy should provide clients with a sense of empowerment to build a life they desire and a set of tools to manage life stressors that come their way.

What you can expect from me

I believe goals in therapy should be driven by the client with the role of the therapist to help observe, identify and offer tools to reach those goals.
