Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the owner of G.O.O.D. LIFE THERAPY, PLLC, where I provide a supportive, judgment-free space for adults and emerging adults navigating life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and identity shifts, as well as athletes adjusting to changes on and off the field. My approach is collaborative, real, and tailored to each client, with a strong focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and practical tools you can apply in everyday life. I’m passionate about helping clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned as they move through life’s changes.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach where clients can show up as their full, authentic selves without feeling judged. My style is supportive yet direct—I’ll help you process what’s coming up while also offering practical tools and honest feedback to help you move forward. I focus on building self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and helping you feel more aligned and confident in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

I create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself. Together, we focus on goals like increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, building confidence, and navigating life transitions with more clarity and intention. I also prioritize helping clients develop practical coping skills they can use outside of sessions, so progress feels real and sustainable. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, grounded, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with who you are.
