Great to meet you!

Finally, someone that gets it. I became a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner after watching my own sibling struggle to get mental health care can constantly getting dismissed. That experience shapes how I show up for every patient.

At Emerald Aura Wellness I take time to truly listen, explain, and build a plan that works for your real life. I never rush and I never over-medicate. Every patient is treated the way I would want my own family to be treated.

I work with women, children, teens, and young adults in Maryland - and same-week appointments are frequently available.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, whole-person, and completely judgment-free. I don't just treat symptoms, I take time to understand your life, your environment, and your goals before making recommendations.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I will ask about your symptoms, your history, your daily life, and what has or hasn't worked before.

There is no pressure and no rushing. By the end of our fist appointment you will have a clear understanding of what is going on and a concrete plan for moving forward.

Most patients leave feeling heard for the first time, which is always the goal.
