Great to meet you!

If you're ready to talk, I'm here to listen. And if you're not ready to talk, I'm still here — sitting with you while we sort things out at your own pace. My style is warm, conversational, and straightforward, with a dash of humor and the occasional well-placed curse word for pizazz.

I work especially with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, trauma (including complex trauma), anxiety, and depression and I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I believe there’s nothing “wrong” with you or your brain — we just need to understand how it works, what it needs, and how to make life feel more manageable and less like a constant uphill climb.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and eclectic because people aren’t one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll pull from different modalities, toss out what doesn’t fit, and create tools that actually make sense for your life. Therapy with me usually looks like a mix of insight, practical skills, laughter, honesty, and being deeply seen and heard.

My ideal clients are people who appreciate a therapist who is human and will show up authentically with you. Overthinkers, people pleasers, folks who have felt “different,” and anyone trying to understand themselves better tend to feel right at home here. If you want warmth, validation, and real-life tools we’ll probably be a great fit.

What you can expect from me

Our first session typically will look like me getting to know you as much as possible in our first hour together. I will use this to get to know you and get to know what you're looking for and how to best meet your needs.
