Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a primary background in substance use and mental health. I have a wide range of experience from working in acute settings such as inpatient mental health units, to less acute settings like medical floors. I am passionate about making mental healthcare accessible to everyone and being able to provide the skills needed to those in order to achieve a fulfilling and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered. I can provide a vast array of skills, however, would like to work with you to see what skills you feel you would be able to adapt into your life. I can also challenge you as a therapist and to achieve many goals you may not have thought you could achieve before!

What you can expect from me

During sessions we will be able to identify primary goals, clinical skills or life skills you would like to learn or hone in on, build rapport as client and therapist and be able to also learn from each other!
