Great to meet you!

Hello! I believe healing is an ongoing journey that looks different for each individual. I invoke a holistic approach and utilize approaches based in psychodynamic theory, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. As part of the therapeutic process, I want to build a brave space with you, and empower you through your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

A typical session might include exploring the strengths and vulnerabilities you navigate throughout your life. We will identify the significant stressors that may be creating difficulties for you and the emotions and behaviors that elicited from these experiences. We will collaborate on utilizing your strengths and adopting different strategies that will bring ease and address the goals associated with your healing.

What you can expect from me

I believe I could be most helpful for individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, complex trauma. Additionally, I can work with individuals who have experienced racial oppression, and gender and sexual identity discrimination.
