Great to meet you!

I am results-driven Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through compassionate and evidenced-based care.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of settings to include; community based organizations and family services, and group practice settings.

Whether I am guiding a therapy session or facilitating change that meets the needs of an undeserved population, my goal is the same; to empower healing, build connections, and deliver real, lasting results

If you are seeking a therapist who blends clinical excellence with empathy and accountability, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path to growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic approach to treatment one that views each individual as a whole, interconnected system. True healing involves addressing every dimension of a person’s well-being: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural.

I encourage those I serve to pursue healing across all areas of life in order to reach their fullest potential. Together, we work to understand and overcome mental health challenges while building the tools needed for emotional resilience, personal growth, and balance.

When we are aligned and whole, we can face life’s challenges with confidence and strength rather than feeling overwhelmed or broken by them. My goal is to support you in becoming the most empowered and resilient version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I create a supportive environment where each individual is seen as the author of their own life story. My role is to support, challenge, and empower you to recognize and activate the strengths already within you so you can live a life that feels true, whole, and fulfilling.

Remember: failure is an event, not a person. Growth begins when we believe in our ability to rise.
