My prior experience includes working as a Clinical Therapist at 2 different community mental health agencies, as a Behavioral Health Technician in an inpatient psychiatric unit and as a community educator working with a variety of populations.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client centered and uses techniques from a variety of modalities. I lean into Acceptance and Commitment therapy and additionally utilize a strong foundation of solution focused therapy.
