Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) serving clients in Georgia and North Carolina. I earned my Master of Arts in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

I work with older teens ages 16+ and adults navigating a wide range of life challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, spiritual concerns, addiction, identity concerns, relationship conflict, women’s issues, and other emotional and relational difficulties. I also provide Christian counseling for clients who desire to incorporate their faith into the counseling process.

I believe every client deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can honestly explore their experiences, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and move toward meaningful healing, growth, and change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. I believe that healthy relationships with God, self, and others can be foundational to overall well-being. For clients who are interested, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process as they pursue greater spiritual, mental, emotional, and relational health.
