Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here! If you’re the “responsible one” who keeps it together but feels exhausted, snappy, numb, or on edge, I get it. I work with individuals who grew up having to manage other people’s moods, and now their body doesn’t know how to turn off. In our sessions, we focus on identifying the root of what’s going on and work toward feeling more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself. I'm here to meet you where you're at and help guide you to where you'd like to be.

My approach to therapy

I work in a way that’s steady, practical, and relationship-focused, drawing from research-supported approaches tailored to your specific needs. We’ll spend time talking through what’s happening in your life right now while also paying attention to the deeper patterns that may be shaping your reactions, relationships, and sense of self.

My goal is to help you not only manage current symptoms, but also build insight and lasting change. I’m also EMDR trained, which can help process painful or overwhelming experiences so they don’t continue to hijack the present. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, creating space for healing while strengthening your ability to cope with whatever comes next.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel awkward, so I keep it simple and steady. We will talk about what’s been hardest lately, what you’re tired of carrying, and what you want help with. We'll start making sense of your patterns without judgment and set a direction together. My goal is to help you get back to feeling like yourself and start making choices based on who you are now, not just who you had to become to get through things.
