My approach is collaborative, forward looking, and personalized. Some might say casual in a warm way. Ten year history of psychiatric medication management, including stimulants, benzodiazepines (following FDA guidance), SSRIs/SNRIs, mood stabilizers, and other medications. Your plan will include talk therapy, exercise, and nutrition.

As a small personalized clinic, we are not currently treating Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, Behavioral, IDD, or Substance abuse/ addiction at this time.

We will spend time setting reasonable expectations for prescribed psychiatric medications. I prescribe these medications but am honest they can "help, but not fix". All these medications have side effects or some kind of price you pay for taking them so I am cautious. We will work to get you the right medicine at the right dose. If you have tried 4 antidepressants without feeling better, I'm not going to give you a 5th, I'm going to look in a different direction.
