Great to meet you!

Hello, want to work together on a path to Clarity in 2026? I provide ADHD Support in North Carolina

I provide support to NC residents through telehealth or in-person visits at our Pittsboro office in the Chatham Wellness Collective. (south of Chapel Hill)

A Streamlined Approach to ADHD Care. Navigating the ADHD assessment and treatment process can be frustrating and expensive. Many individuals face delays, expensive testing fees, and additional requirements, such as a psychological evaluation and/or a doctor’s note or EKG, just to receive care. Others are seen by telehealth only providers who can't prescribe stimulants and who tell you one has to start off on Wellbutrin or Strattera (non stimulants). That is terrible care. At our clinic, we prioritize efficiency and accessibility.

We believe in low doses of medication and finding your perfect dose to balance attention with mood. Most of our ADHD patients are on low dosing.

My approach to treatment is collaborative, forward-thinking, and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can feel comfortable discussing your challenges.

State Employees- Headway is part of a program that makes most visit have only a $10 copay.

My approach to therapy

IMPORTANT INFO about ADHD and stimulant prescriptions. The "Online Only" prescribing of stimulants is allowed by the DEA only through 12/31/2026. No one knows if it will be extended (google "Ryan Haight Act extension" for details). Bryan can see and treat you online now, but an in person office visit MAY be required before any provider can send controlled substance prescriptions in 2027. Please note many pharmacies are already now rejecting "online only providers" stimulant prescriptions (google "Walmart stimulants rejected"). It is especially difficult in the Charlotte region and Bryan is not taking on any new patients from Mecklenburg County. I have a real office and pharmacists can see that and usually work with us. If the pharmacists sees you are seeing an "online only" provider from out of state or in state with a virtual NC office address they are much more likely to reject the prescription. Seeing an "online only" provider usually means you having to go through the hassle of multiples of pharmacies to get your medication AND they may disappear on you Jan 1 and leave you scrambling. Please choose your provider wisely and plan for 2027. Arrive Mental Health supports safe prescribing.

What you can expect from me

Specializing in ADHD Treatment for Adults, Especially Women Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck due to executive dysfunction? Do you suspect you may have ADHD? Let's connect! Many women experience missed diagnoses of ADHD, particularly during middle age when hormonal changes can trigger new challenges. If you’ve ever felt like you’re losing control, you’re not alone—and I’m here to help.

Your plan will include discussion about talk therapy, exercise, and nutrition.

We will spend time setting reasonable expectations for prescribed psychiatric medications. I prescribe these medications but am honest they can "help, but not fix". All these medications have side effects or some kind of price you pay for taking them so I am cautious. We will work to get you the right medicine at the right dose. If you have tried 4 antidepressants without feeling better, I'm not going to give you a 5th, I'm going to look in different directions.

NOT A GOOD FIT- As a small personalized clinic, we are not currently treating Bipolar I disorder, Schizophrenia, Behavioral, IDD, Hospital discharges, or active Substance abuse/ addiction at this time. We think Suboxone is a great medication but we do not do Substance abuse/addiction nor do we see patients on Suboxone (this requires in person visits). We also do not prescribe stimulants and benzos together online. Its appropriate for some but it requires in person visits and drug screening. Reach out before booking to see if appropriate.
