Great to meet you!

I'm Bryan, an experienced licensed therapist in Washington and Idaho. I'm also nationally Board Certified, with additional state and national certifications. I have worked with individuals in private practice, school-based, inpatient, residential, and community-based settings. I help others address stress and anxiety, addictions, intimacy-related issues, anger management, & men's issues.

My approach to therapy

I value authenticity, so being genuine with my clients is important to me. My theoretical approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral. I use this lens, with input from acceptance, trauma-informed, and dialectic perspectives.

What you can expect from me

We all deserve opportunities to seek health and happiness for our heads and hearts. Life can feel chaotic--draining us physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I want my clients to trust in their worth and dignity. Life's challenges can seem difficult to overcome. But together, we prove that they are not always insurmountable and that life can just feel better.
