Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Bryna Hackett, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with training in evidence-based approaches like CBT and solution-focused therapy. I offer a warm, honest, and trauma-informed space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress. I’m especially passionate about working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients and strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in compassion. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, solution-focused, strengths-based, and humanistic therapies, all through a trauma-informed lens. I bring cultural humility into my work and honor the importance of identity, including race, gender, and sexuality. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s holding you back and build tools to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a down-to-earth, supportive space where you truly feel heard and valued. We’ll set goals that matter to you—whether it’s easing anxiety, building resilience, or gaining clarity through life’s ups and downs. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, equipped with practical tools, and a bit more hopeful about what’s ahead.
