Great to meet you!

Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes downright exhausting. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or simply trying to make sense of where you are in life, you deserve support that feels genuine and judgment-free.

I'm Brynn, a therapist who believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves. I know reaching out for help can be vulnerable, so I work hard to create a space where you can laugh, cry, vent, process, and show up exactly as you are without worrying about being judged.

My background includes working with children, teens, adults, couples, families, survivors of abuse, and individuals navigating substance use recovery. Much of my work has centered around helping people recover from difficult experiences and reconnect with their sense of strength, resilience, and hope.

I am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, and I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client. While I value evidence-based approaches, I also know that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll find what works best for you.

I believe everyone has a story worth understanding, and I'd be honored to help you write the next chapter of yours.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who is analyzing your every word. My goal is to create a space where you can show up as your authentic self, talk openly about what's going on, and feel genuinely supported.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, meaning we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck and identify meaningful ways to move forward. I balance compassion with honesty, offering both emotional support and practical tools that can help you create lasting change outside of our sessions.

I draw from approaches including EMDR and TF-CBT, but I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build. When people feel safe, understood, and empowered, growth becomes possible.

Whether you're healing from trauma, managing anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I'll meet you with curiosity, respect, and a belief in your ability to grow.

What you can expect from me

Let's be honest, meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel a little awkward. Most clients come in wondering what they're supposed to say, how much they should share, or whether therapy will even help.

The good news is that you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk in the door.

Our first session is simply a conversation. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you hope will be different in your life, and any questions you have about the therapy process. I'll spend time getting to know you as a person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy.

Most importantly, there's no pressure. You set the pace, and we'll work together to create goals that feel meaningful and achievable for you.
