Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) in Delaware, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with three years of clinical experience working with adults and teens ages 16 and up. I offer individual and couples therapy to clients navigating trauma, relational challenges, emotional dysregulation, identity development, and life transitions. I bring a somatic, integrative, grounded, authentic presence to my work and am committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe healing is not linear, and I show up for that process with my clients fully and without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that self-awareness is the foundation of lasting change. I draw from a variety of evidence-informed modalities including trauma-focused talk therapy, somatic regulation techniques, shadow work, and cognitive reframing, tailoring my style to what each client needs in the moment. I utilize a proprietary grounding framework called Shift along with multiple evidence-based tools to help clients regulate in real time, centering themselves through breathwork, self-soothing, and affirmation. I am comfortable sitting in silence with a client who needs to process, and equally comfortable offering direct and honest feedback when that is what the moment calls for. I specialize in working with adults experiencing trauma, anxious attachment, interpersonal difficulties, identity exploration, depressive symptoms, and the complex emotional weight of major life transitions. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I believe in doing the real work together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to be heard without judgment. I create a space that is honest, calm, and genuinely collaborative. We will spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you most want to work toward. I will ask questions to understand not just your current concerns but the broader context of your life and experiences. By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling seen, with at least a beginning sense of what our work together will look like. I do not rush the process. Whether you come in with a clear agenda or simply knowing that something needs to shift, we will find the thread together and start pulling.
