Great to meet you!

I believe we all have the answers to our problems inside. I like the analogy that the client is in the driver seat and I’m in the passenger. You are driving and I’m with you navigating this ride called life.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach that is not one size fits all. Generally, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Personal Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Play Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients can also expect a warm and empathetic first session. I like to spend time getting to know as much about you as you are open to sharing.
