Great to meet you!
LPC) in Oregon with a master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. My background includes trauma-informed therapy, community mental health, and work with adults, adolescents, children, and families facing complex emotional, relational, and life challenges.
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel respected and understood. I draw from trauma-informed care, attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches depending on the needs of the person in front of me. I believe therapy should be individualized, practical, and meaningful.
I often work with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficult patterns that can feel hard to shift alone. I aim to help clients build insight, coping skills, and a stronger sense of direction in their lives.
