Great to meet you!

Aloha kākou!

I am a Clinical and Developmental Psychologist, offering virtual psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, and children as young as 3 years old. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations, including military and veteran clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily grounded in evidence-based practices, but I tailor the treatment plan to each client, and their unique circumstances and strengths.

I offer treatment for a variety of diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. I also offer support to parents of children with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Lastly, I can assist clients in making lifestyle changes necessary to improve their overall health and wellness (e.g., emotional eating, sleep difficulties, tobacco use, stress management, etc.)

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect a warm and welcoming space where they feel safe bringing up difficult topics, and engaging in honest and genuine conversations around them.

I believe that treatment should be highly collaborative, and I view my clients as active participants in setting their own treatment goals and working towards achieving them.
