Great to meet you!

Clients of mine have described me as warm, open-minded, and easy to talk to in session. Clients can know that I have a soft voice, regular self-care routines, and regularly scheduled hobbies in support of the challenging work done as a therapist.

My approach to therapy

Together we can address depression, anxiety, self-identity, self-esteem, trauma, mood dysregulation, chronic pain, grief, relational problems, and phase of life changes. Along with a cognitive behavioral approach, I utilize mindfulness and acceptance and a multicultural focus.

What you can expect from me

Client share with me they tend to feel relief after our first session. My goal is to support self-exploration by finding the best solution through boundary setting, identifying values/needs, and encouraging motivation and resiliency. I create a warm and safe environment to process our inner most vulnerable parts of ourself at your own pace.
