Great to meet you!

I believe deeply in the possibility of growth and change. My decision to become a therapist was inspired by a steadfast belief in transformation — in the human capacity to move forward, even after hardship. Having navigated my own journey of growth, I understand the courage it takes to be vulnerable in therapy. I hold the therapeutic relationship as sacred and approach it with care, respect, and integrity.

Clients can expect a warm, curious, and nonjudgmental space where they are seen and heard without assumptions. I strive to cultivate an environment of authenticity and self-awareness, where trust is built through consistency, empathy, and genuine presence. I want to understand each client’s firsthand experiences and meet them exactly where they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in an intersectional framework and cultural humility. I recognize that each person’s lived experience is shaped by multiple identities, systems, and stories, all of which influence how we move through the world and understand ourselves. I strive to hold space for these complexities with curiosity, respect, and openness.

By honoring these experiences, I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans and interventions that feel meaningful, empowering, and aligned with who they are. My goal is to support you in exploring your identity, building on your strengths, and creating a path forward that feels authentic, affirming, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Working together is a collaborative process. I seek to align with clients in a way that fits their unique needs, values, and goals, recognizing that each person’s path to healing looks different. Together, we work to gently identify and break down barriers that may be standing in the way of growth and well-being.

By fostering a caring and attuned therapeutic alliance, I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered. From there, I support clients in reconnecting with their strengths, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward meaningful, lasting transformation.
