Great to meet you!

Good therapy can change your life! In the decade that I've been a psychotherapist, I've accompanied my clients through breaking vicious cycles, reworking toxic patterns, and creating new habits that promote their flourishing. My advanced clinical training makes me especially effective working with clients who self-describe as perfectionists, people pleasers, over-functioning, and/or highly sensitive.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in insight-oriented depth psychotherapy. We know from neuroscience that all growth happens in relationships; my approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the primary vehicle for long-lasting change. It especially benefits people who are looking to change long-standing relational and behavioral patterns that undermine their flourishing. It has been transformative for my clients who experience depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress that had been labeled “treatment-resistant.”

What you can expect from me

I facilitate sessions that are client-centered, collaborative, and contemplative. In our fast-paced lives, it is crucial to have the opportunity to slow down and create protected time and space to reflect on our experiences with an attentive, curious, empathic other. This allows us to identify patterns, find connections, and make meaning of our experiences. All of that adds up to create understanding, self-acceptance, and sustainable change.
