Great to meet you!

I have been working in mental health settings for more than a decade and have 4 years of experience as a therapist. I have worked in women's residential settings, youth settings, in addictions treatment, and with clients experiencing a wide range of stressors and challenges. I am ready to meet you where you're at and work together to find you best next step forward.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of approaches depending on my client and what works best for them. We may focus on positive thinking, values, core beliefs, self-image, or something else, depending on what works best for each client. I give you my full attention and try to be the best possible resource for your well-being.
