Great to meet you!
Are you smart, capable, and still somehow always behind?
You know what you should be doing. You make the lists, set the reminders, have the conversations with yourself. And yet — the deadline slips, the email sits unanswered, the relationship frays a little more. You're not lazy. You're exhausted from working twice as hard just to keep up.
I work with adults who are tired of feeling like they're failing at things that seem to come easily to everyone else. Many of my clients are living with ADHD — diagnosed recently, or finally making sense of a lifetime of experiences through that lens. Others are navigating anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, major life transitions, or a quiet but persistent sense that something needs to change.
I'm direct. I won't just nod and reflect your words back at you. I'll work with you to actually understand what's happening and figure out what to do about it. My approach draws primarily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For clients dealing with trauma, I also offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), one of the most effective evidence-based treatments available for PTSD.
I have been a therapist for 11 years and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for 5. I see clients in person in a spacious, light-filled office in a beautiful historic building in Manchester, NH — and via telehealth throughout New Hampshire and Florida.
If you've read this far and something resonated — that feeling is worth paying attention to. Reach out.
