Great to meet you!
I graduated with my Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Grace University. Since then, I've continued building my skills through advanced training in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy to help people work through trauma.
I believe we do our best when every part of our lives is cared for. That means paying attention not just to your mental and emotional well-being, but also to your physical health, your spiritual life (if that's important to you), and the relationships that shape who you are. The way we connect with ourselves and the people around us has a big impact on how we feel, and I believe those connections are an important part of creating lasting change.
