Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Masters of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 from Grace University. Since then, I've continued building my skills through advanced training in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting therapy to help people work through trauma.

I believe we do our best when every part of our lives is cared for. That means paying attention not just to your mental and emotional well-being, but also to your physical health, your spiritual life (if that's important to you), and the relationships that shape who you are. The way we connect with ourselves and the people around us has a big impact on how we feel, and I believe those connections are an important part of creating lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe our time together should focus on what's most important to you. We'll work together to figure out what you want to change and create a plan that fits your goals. If past experiences are still affecting your life today, EMDR can be a helpful way to work through them.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress, or a major life change, we'll focus on practical steps that help you move forward. Along the way, we'll also work on ways to help you feel more grounded and steady in your day-to-day life. Learning how to quiet your mind and help your body relax can make everyday life feel more manageable and can also make it easier to do the deeper work when you're ready.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We'll talk about what's been going on in your life, the challenges you're facing, what's important to you, and what you hope will be different. I'll ask questions along the way to help me better understand your story. By the end of our time together, we'll have a better sense of where you'd like to go and how we can work toward those goals together.
