Great to meet you!

Since 2015, have gained a wide breadth of experience ranging from wilderness therapy to residential treatment centers, working with clients aged 13-72. Recently, I was a Clinical Director working with dual-diagnosed boys and young men. I am trained in a Gestlat Approach, Brainspotting, and Relapse Prevention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to assist clients in raising awareness of uncounsious experiences in order to live life more integrated. I aim to assist in shedding light on what is dark. I utilize the here-and-now to assist clients in becoming aware of internal processes in order for clients to lessen avoidance patterns and embrace individual ownership of experience.

What you can expect from me

I want to be in therapeutic relationship with my clients that builds on trust and growing together. If I do not come out of session with a sense of a discovery about the person across from me, I know my clients will not experience that within themselves. After a few sessions, clients will have a new sense of ownership and awareness of their internal experience. Sometimes a client will experience a therpeutic encounter that is difficult to process, though critical in the growth process.
