Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting high-achieving, people-pleasing, ultra-compassionate health care professionals who can no longer continue to do it all BUT aren't sure how to do less, and need support to figure it out. Drawing on my own experience in medical settings, I lead with authenticity, humor, and research-based practices aimed at meaningful transformation.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I strive to offer individualized care, thus drawing on various therapeutic approaches to ensure our sessions are uniquely tailored to your personality, goals, and your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe that everyone's story is unique, and, I approach each therapy session with an open mind and heart. I utilize research-based tracking tools to monitor what symptoms are improving, remaining the same, or worsening, to inform how I approach our sessions together. The best way to connect with me is to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. This will allow me to see if I can meet your therapy needs. I hope to connect with you soon!
