Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist in the states of SC, MD, and IN with 20 years' experience in the mental health field. I enjoy walking with clients through life's various stages. I offer virtual visits which include some weekend hours. I offer empathetic and compassionate care when life seems it's hardest and I look forward to working with those who need someone to walk alongside them during those times. I am also a wife and mother and enjoy spending time with family, cooking, and crocheting when I have time.

My approach to therapy

Managing symptoms of depression, stress, and anxiety can at times feel overwhelming and isolating. Learning coping skills like cognitive reframing, mindfulness techniques and behavioral activation may make the difference you need.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who are struggling with depression anxiety, mood changes that may be related to relationships, family, work or life in general. During our initial sessions we'll spend some time getting to know one another, explore what led you to counseling and work on identifying issues you'd like to address during our time together. Clients generally see symptom improvement within the first 4-6 weeks of sessions.
