Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed professional counselor for over 25 years. I have experience working with adults, children, and families of all ages. I look forward to helping people set goals for their life and identifying action steps to help meet them.

My approach to therapy

I have a humanistic approach to therapy meaning I believe we can use several different techniques to make change. I often lean on brain science information, emotional education, and thinking patterns which affect our moods.

What you can expect from me

I feel that goal setting is a team process where you first identify areas of concern, and I help you identify how you can better meet them. While supporting you along the way, I also make helpful suggestions about any additional goals you may want to have or consider.
