Great to meet you!

I am first and foremost a helper at heart and love being a counselor. I have been in practice as a Licensed Counselor for 17 years. I have experience in working with Children, Adolescents and Adults.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals with a variety of concerns including Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Parenting Issues, ADHD, and Foster Care/Adoption. I also help individuals who have experienced abuse and neglect.
