Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I love it when I see progress & healing in those I am working with. Mental health should be prioritized & with a busy life sometimes it is often put on the back burner, so if you're here after knowing that you have needed this for yourself for so long I applaud you! I have been practicing as a mental health clinician for over a decade. My primary focus has always been specializing in treating trauma & in the last several years I have expanded my focus to include a sex positive, sex work ally, & kink aware approach. I provide a safe nonjudgmental space for all. I am open to clients of all ages, genders & identities & have a background in working with diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

I am here to support & guide you during your journey towards healing & discovery. It is important that we form a strong therapeutic relationship built on honesty & trust, I want you to feel safe enough to share with me so that I can help you. I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey & I will be honest with you as well. Therapy isn't always easy in fact it's uncomfortable at times, it will challenge you for growth & accountability so that you can grow & become the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I like to get to know you during our first session so that we can create a plan together to help you meet your goals. I will allow you to ask me as many questions as you need to so that you're comfortable enough to open up to me & feel secure enough to do so. It is important to me that you feel safe enough to share so that together we can work on your healing.
