Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Maryland with over 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents, adults, couples and families while using an eclectic approach from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered approach to help facilitate their healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My goal is to simply support your vulnerability, guide you to a state of awareness and empower you to achieve your best self. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

What you can expect from me

I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. In the words of Lao Tzu, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
