A bit about my approach to therapy

"As a well-rounded woman of color, I am empathetic and appreciative of everyone's differences and would like for each individual to recognize the power of their uniqueness."

Candra takes an integrative approach to therapy and incorporates various treatment modalities to increase desired outcomes for each client. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness skills are among the few theories and methodologies utilized.
