Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck. Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use / addiction, health concerns, or major life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from the life you want to be living.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel genuinely understood—not judged. Clients often describe me as calm, genuine, and steady. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that help you move toward the life you want.

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology and have worked with adults across hospitals, community mental health, and private practice. Before becoming a psychologist, I served in the U.S. Air Force, an experience that strengthened my appreciation for resilience, service, and the importance of authentic human connection.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges and build tools for growth. My approach often blends ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help you live in alignment with your values and cope more effectively with stress, anxiety, and life transitions. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, authentic, and hopeful.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is an opportunity to slow down and focus on you. We’ll talk about your concerns, your goals, and what you want therapy to help you achieve. I’ll explain how I work and answer any questions you have. My goal is to create a calm space that feels steady and supportive.

Feel free to email me at [email protected] with any questions or to set up a complimentary 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
