Great to meet you!

Hello & Welcome! I am eager to assist you towards your goals and enjoying your life more. I graduated from The University of Georgia School of Social Work in 2007 with a Master's degree and have have been providing therapeutic support ever since. I love seeing others thrive. Let's get started!

My approach to therapy

I believe in an integrative approach to therapy which means focusing on the whole person rather than one problematic behavior which is most often only a symptom of underlying issues. In order to most effectively address your emotional or mental well-being we must also address your physical, biological, social, and psychological functioning. If you are ready to make changes to allow you to more fully enjoy your life then I am eager to assist you towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

Oftentimes there are multitude of complexities causing stress in our lives such as relationship issues, family dynamics, employment issues, traumatic experiences, or a lack of healthy coping strategies. I truly enjoy helping my clients identify goals and take steps towards alleviating their stressors and improving their overall quality of life. I believe in direct and honest feedback with compassion, education, and perseverance as integral to move forward and become better versions of ourselves.
