I specialize in attachment, trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, parent-child relationships, and infertility. I primarily support adults who want to understand relational patterns, feel more emotionally steady, and move toward healing. I also work with people facing acute or chronic workplace or family stress. I am a licensed LMFT in California, Oregon, and Virginia with a doctorate in human services and 24 years of experience.
