I have over 30 years experience working in the school setting as a special educator and school counselor, supporting youth, parents and school personnel on a variety of issues. I use an integrative, holistic approach with strong emphasis on self- care and mindfulness training. My areas of specialization include anxiety, loss and grief, life transitions, communication and parenting issues.
