My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is a humanistic therapy approach that focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, values, and aspirations without judgment, aiming to help them achieve self-awareness, personal growth, and self-actualization by fostering empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness from the therapist, allowing them to find their own solutions to their problems rather than being directed by the therapist.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to improve their self-esteem, self-awareness, and problem-solving skills all while learning to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and cope with difficult situations.
